Relieve seasonal allergies with a natural drink with vinegar

  2. Close the lid tightly and shake.
  3. Place in a cool, dark place and leave to ferment. Shake the bottle twice a day.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 2 to 6 weeks.
  5. Strain and drink an ounce as needed.
