No sun rays.
Exposure of 20 to 30 minutes a day when waking up to natural light (sun), helps to set the internal clock and regulate the energy level, raises the appetite and helps the metabolism. It is recommended before getting out of bed, open the windows and blinds for a few minutes and receive sunlight, have breakfast outside or at least in a place that is exposed to a window.
Do not drink water.
Researcher explains that not drinking water upon waking could compromise hydration for the rest of the day. Drinking water in the morning will not only hydrate you, it will also give you energy, speed and a better disposition for the rest of the day. It is recommended to drink 24 ounces of water first thing in the morning (about 3 cups).
No breakfast.
It is no secret that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, that is why skipping it can have negative consequences for your health for the rest of the day. Breakfast provides energy to the brain so that it begins to work for the day, it is like gasoline for the body and mind, the fuel for our body to function well the rest of the day.
Don’t forget the popular saying: “Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.” It is important to eat a balanced and nutritious breakfast.
A bad attitude.
Waking up in a bad mood will surely upset you for the rest of the day; Denying, grumbling, or getting upset are negative attitudes that can spread from the morning to the rest of the day. We must be positive in the morning, even if things do not go well or the traffic to work takes away our smile or whatever inconvenience arises, we must maintain a positive attitude so that the day takes the color we want.
