- 2 lemons

Preparation method:
Wash the lemon and cut into thin slices. Peel the ginger and cut thin slices as well. Put both in a clean 1L glass jar. Pour in the honey, but do not fill the jar to the top. Let it sit for a day so that the lemon and ginger get their juice.
