Cucumber and coriander juice.
- 2 cucumbers.
- 1 head of romaine lettuce.
- 1 C. fresh watercress.
- 1 bunch of coriander.
- 1 stalk of celery.
- One lemon’s juice.
- Slice of ginger.
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds.
Add everything to the juicer, except the flax seeds and cayenne pepper. Once the juice is made, sprinkle the flax on top of the juice and also sprinkle half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and mix well.
Celery and apple juice.
- 1 Granny Smith apple.
- 1 grapefruit.
- 1 head of kale/collard greens.
- 4 stalks of celery.
- ½ cucumber.
- 1 lime or lemon.
Put all the ingredients in the extractor and mix.
