Ingredients:

  • 1000 cc. of water.
  • 50 grams of juniper berries.
  • Some mint and basil leaves.
  • Rose petals.

preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a pot or saucepan and remove from the heat when it reaches the boiling point.
Let cool, strain, pour into a container and store in the refrigerator. Make one to two daily rinses as needed.

Mouthwash with cloves and parsley

Ingredients:

  • 1000 cc. of water.
  • 10 grams of cloves .
  • 2 sprigs of parsley .
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of mint essence (soup tureen).
  • ½ teaspoon of green food coloring.

preparation:

With a piece of cloth or gauze, make a bag and place the cloves and parsley inside and close very well.
In a saucepan, pour the water, the food coloring and mix well until the food coloring is well dissolved. Bring to a high heat and when it starts boiling add the cloth bag, lowering to medium heat. Boil for 10 minutes.

Rosemary and thyme mouthwash

Ingredients:

  • 1000 cc. of water.
  • 1 tablespoon of eucalyptus leaves.
  • 1 tablespoon of fennel leaves .
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary leaves.
  • 1 tablespoon of mint stems and leaves.
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme stems and leaves.
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano stems and leaves.
  • 1 tablespoon of arnica flowers.
  • 4 flower buds of cloves.
  • 1 stick of cinnamon .

preparation:

In a saucepan pour the water and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat to low and add the plants, let it rest covered for about 10 minutes. Strain and let cool. Make one to two daily rinses as needed.

Precautions: If you feel any type of irritation, immediately stop the treatment.
