Warm bath

Baths with lukewarm water can help a lot if you are suffering from pilonidal cyst. It can decrease the symptoms related to the cyst. Sit in a hot bath and the pain from the pilonidal cyst will be reduced. Also, you will avoid reappearance in the future. Do this periodically.

Turmeric

You can add turmeric in your food. Also, it will provide relief from infections caused by pilonidal cyst. Also, this remedy is beneficial in treating many other diseases.

Mix turmeric and water until you get a paste. Apply the paste on the affected area. Use this remedy three times a day.

Garlic and Epsom salts

Garlic includes antioxidants that help fight germs that cause pilonidal cyst.

The Epsom salts are also beneficial in treating this condition. Add two cups of Epsom salt to a bathtub containing hot water.

Soak the affected area in this mixture for 30 minutes to reap the benefits. The solution contains sulfate and magnesium, minerals that are helpful in removing toxic materials from the body. Do this remedy twice a day.

Chuna

Chuna is also known as slaked lime. It is helpful in fighting infection caused by a pilonidal cyst. The chuna dries up the rash.

Mix chuna and turmeric and apply this mixture on the affected area. You can cover with a bandage.

Apple cider vinegar

The vinegar apple cider has many healing properties that offer relief from the symptoms of pilonidal cyst. Also, this remedy can help you treat almost any type of skin infection. It helps you in rebuilding the pH balance and removing toxins from the body.

The vinegar apple cider is also used to treat inflammation of the pilonidal cyst. Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and apply it on the affected area. Use this remedy several times every day.

aloe vera

The aloe vera can be used in the form of juice. It will treat skin infections caused by pilonidal cyst. Aloe vera includes many beneficial properties that fight bacteria, viruses, and other microbes. Consume half a glass of aloe vera juice and use this remedy once a day.

Fenugreek

This herb is very useful if you are suffering from this condition. Fenugreek treats boils and inflammation caused by this cyst. It can be used in powder and capsule form.

Consume two fenugreek capsules in the morning and afternoon. Also, you can take half a teaspoon of fenugreek and add it in 1/2 glass of boiled water. Let it cool down before consumption.

Exercise

Regular exercises are recommended, even on foot, the easiest type of exercise. Exercise will provide relief from pain and stress from the cyst. Yoga can also help ease cyst pain.

Beaver oil
