Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of alcohol
  • 1 bunch of rosemary
  • 1 square of camphor
  • 1 glass jar (tight lid)

Preparation method:

Place the alcohol, rosemary, and camphor into the jar. Put the jar to rest for 2 weeks, and then it is ready to be used. The content should be rubbed into the affected area and not overused in the amount applied each time we use it.

Contraindications: It is not recommended to apply camphor oil on wounds, injuries or delicate skin since it can cause irritation. It is not recommended to apply camphor oil to the face or nostrils of children or asthmatics, because it can cause seizures, bronchospasm and even suffocation. The use of any product that contains camphor is particularly contraindicated in both pregnancy and lactation.
