How to use essential oils to boost your energy?
There are many ways to use essential oils to increase energy levels, but inhalation methods are best. You can use any of the individual oils, or a ready-made blend (with the suggestions in the descriptions) in any of these methods.
Create your own custom mix.
They should be mixed in a dark glass bottle, with a dropper cap, and clearly labeled. Add a drop or two of each oil on the spot, experimenting until you get a blend you like, (be sure to keep a detailed record of how many drops of each oil you used so you can recreate it later.) To mix the oils, Twist the bottle several times and then gently roll it between your hands for a few minutes.
Inhale the scent directly from the bottle, or two to three drops of the oil on a tissue or cotton handkerchief and smell when needed.
Use a diffuser to diffuse the scent throughout the room. In this way you will be able to scent the room or room where you are.
Add 12 ml of distilled water, 1 tablespoon of vodka, and 30 drops of the essential oil (alone or the mixture) in a spray bottle that dispenses a fine mist. Shake well, and use it as an air freshener.
If you prefer applying the oils to the body, mix the oils with a cold-pressed vegetable oil, such as olive oil or coconut oil, with no more than 30 drops of essential oil to 2 tablespoons of the vegetable oil. This can be used as a body oil, or as a bath oil in a hot bath.
