Honey vinegar recipe?

Ingredients.

  • 1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey.

Instructions.

  1. Mix the apple cider vinegar and honey.
  2. Dissolve in a glass of water (10-20oz).
  3. Take it once or twice a day.

Vinegar tonic.

Prepare a cup of mint or ginger tea and mix with it 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey, and add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Drink this mixture once a day to ease arthritis pain.

Vinegar baths and soaks.

For a soak for an inflamed and painful joint (such as an elbow or the joints of the hands), mix a cup of vinegar in 6 cups of warm water and soak the painful area for 30 minutes or more to relieve pain.

Alternatively, you can treat your entire body by adding 2 cups of vinegar to a bathtub filled with hot water and soaking for half an hour, massaging your muscles and joints during the soak.

Vinegar oil.

To create a massage oil made with vinegar, simply mix olive oil or coconut oil with vinegar using a ratio of 2 parts vinegar to 1 part oil. Massage this mixture into aching joints once or twice each day to pick up the pain-relieving fruits of the vinegar (and the oils will help the skin in the area, too). You can also add essential oils to relieve chronic pain and inflammation.
