Sea salt water
The water with sea salt is very good for sore throat and reduces inflammation and eliminates bacteria that cause it . To take it, it is recommended to dissolve ½ teaspoon of sea salt in a cup of warm water and gargle several times a day.
You should not swallow the salt water but simply gargle, in this way you will get relief from the annoying pain in the throat.
Honey with lemon
The lemon is very good for all the viral processes because it contains a lot of vitamin C and mixed with honey its soothing effects are most powerful. Lemon also has immunostimulant and anti-infective effects while honey has good antibacterial properties as well as containing potassium and phosphorus that have relaxing effects.
4 ounces of water are heated and we add a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon and a half of lemon juice.
Marshmallow

Ginger tea

To use the ginger root, what we do is make a tea by pouring 2 tablespoons of ginger root in a cup of almost boiling water and let it rest for 15 minutes.
It should be drunk hot and it is recommended to take 3 times a day.
Elm
Elm is a little-known remedy for a sore throat, but it is effective because it contains mucilage, which is a substance that swells when mixed with water and has analgesic properties.
