Natural remedies for gum care

3 tablespoons of baking soda
3 drops of peppermint essential oil
1/4 tablespoon of crushed dry ginger
1/2 teaspoon of ground sea salt

In a small bowl mix the baking soda, peppermint essential oil, crushed dried ginger and ground sea salt. Pour the preparation into a jar or container with a lid. Daily use in doses of half a teaspoon is recommended, use it with a toothbrush as if it were a toothpaste.

250 ml of hot water
2 teaspoons of fresh mint
1 teaspoon of anise seeds
1/2 teaspoon of tincture of myrrh
