Thyme, apple cider vinegar and rosemary

Another alternative to stop excessive sweating is for us to prepare a natural deodorant ourselves so that we can stop this condition without altering the body’s natural ph.

This particular deodorant acts directly on the glands that cause sweat, therefore it is very effective. You need:

  • A teaspoon of rosemary.
  • A tablespoon of thyme.
  • A cup of water.
  • Half a cup of apple cider vinegar.

Regarding the preparation, these are the steps:

  • Place a tablespoon of rosemary and a tablespoon of thyme in a cup of water.
  • Bring the water to a boil for about 15 minutes.
  • As soon as it is cold you are going to strain and mix with half a cup of vinegar.
  • Apply the liquid on the areas where you sweat the most with the help of a clean cotton ball or gauze.

 Walnut leaves

It has antiseptic and astringent properties that are responsible for regulating excess sweat and perspiration. If you have problems with your armpits it is highly recommended.

You should only boil two tablespoons of walnut leaf in half a liter of water. At the end of the decoction, you must strain it. Let it sit and dip a cloth to apply to the desired areas.
