Varicose veins are always attributed to being overweight and are considered an exclusively female problem. But men suffer as much as women, and weight has nothing to do with it, including the extra weight of pregnancy.
But the good news is that varicose veins can be treated and, in some cases, reversed completely.
There are several measures that could be taken to treat varicose veins, but when it is a hereditary problem, unfortunately there is not much to do, the most viable option is to go to a specialist who can remove varicose or spider veins in the legs, which will surely be carried out through a surgical process.

- Placing apple cider vinegar, carrot and aloe vera in a blender will make you obtain a kind of paste, which will be used as a mask on varicose veins, you must let it act for at least 30 minutes and then to remove it you must use plenty of cold water.
- Garlic is an ingredient that should not be lacking in a natural treatment for varicose veins, and it can reduce inflammation of the veins and improve circulation, an alternative of how to use it would be to crush it and mix it with alcohol, then you must apply it at least four times a week.
Another way to use garlic is with the following recipe:
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 4 medium garlic cloves finely grated
- 1/2 glass of orange juice
