The hormone melatonin controls the day-night rhythm of our body and thus ensures regular sleep. Grapes have been shown to be a natural means of providing your body with a lack of these natural sedatives when you have trouble sleeping.

Consuming around 300 grams of grapes at night can have a positive effect on your night’s sleep, in the same way as a glass of red wine. But be careful: alcohol is not a solution for sleep disorders, it can only make them worse. However, there is nothing wrong with relaxing with a single glass of wine in the evening.

You can make a delicious vegan drink using almond butter, vanilla and cinnamon: according to your taste, make a tea or mix a tablespoon of almond butter with a little warm water, or you can also use whole almonds. Add a dash of vanilla and cinnamon to spice up the drink.
